We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within the timeframe communicated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location within Nigeria. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Wig products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Hygiene-sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
